Quick-Check Tension Meter

This revolutionary new cable tension meter was engineered and designed with intent - be robust yet easy to use! The Dillon Quick-Check can be installed, take a cable tension measurement and be un-installed in under 5 seconds! Its versatile design allows it to be used in a variety of applications and on a variety of wire rope diameters and strand types. With a diameter range from 3/16" to 3/4" the Quick Check is able to handle the majority of common rope sizes.

The Dillon Quick-Check Tension Meter quickly measures tension in cable guardrails, guy lines and overhead wires. It installs, measures and removes in seconds. The digital loadcell is highly accurate and requires no lookup or correction tables. Overload Protection and Overhead Weighing Equipment Time saving check-tensioning mode ´ Portable and rugged – designed for outdoor use ´ Built-in averaging saves time and eliminates errors ´ Factory calibrated for up to 15 unique wire sizes and types.

First wire calibration is included with each Quick-Check. Additional calibrations available – up to 15 total per instrument. Indicate what wire size(s) and type(s) to calibrate.

When ordering a Quick Check, there are 4 pieces of data required for each calibration. If we do not have this data please do not submit the order until it is obtained.

In addition, the Wire Chart on the website also includes an ID number. If you identify a specific cable from that reference, we also suggest that you include the ID# as well.
